North Haven Housing Market
A primarily low density residential neighborhood lying in the northwest quadrant of Calgary, Alberta, North Haven is split into "Lower North Haven" and "Upper North Haven" by a bus trap. It is bound by 14 Street and Norfolk Way to the north, Norfolk way to the east, John Laurie Boulevard to the South, and 14 Street to the West. Established in 1963, North Haven was originally a ranch land for cattle grazing. Development in Lower North Haven came first from 1962 to 1971 and Upper North Haven began development in 1977. North Haven Schools
There used to be an elementary public school in the North Haven neighbourhood – North Haven Elementary public school – but it was recently closed.
