Hotchkiss Calgary

Hotchkiss is a new 210-acre community in southeast Calgary, located directly east of Copperfield adjacent to Ralph Klein Park. Groundbreaking of the new community is expected to start in 2014 and will be home to about 1,500 dwellings in a variety of housing types such as single- and multi-family housing — including duplexes, attached homes and four-storey buildings. Hotchkiss will be developed by Hopewell Residential Communities.
